We offer a welcoming range of Pilates and Yoga classes for different experience levels, abilities and stages of life.
Our regular timetable includes beginner-friendly Pilates Foundations, mixed-level Full Body Mat Pilates, Vinyasa Flow, Vinyasa Slow Flow and Restorative Yoga.
We also offer specialist classes, including Mum & Baby Pilates, and Physio-Led Injury Recovery Pilates.
And we run seasonal workshops and wellness events designed to support movement, relaxation and overall wellbeing.

We have a toilet and changing rooms on site.
We are easily accessible in the convenient location of Ladytown Business Park and there is ample free parking at our Studio.
There is a local coffee shop around the corner if you fancy stopping in somewhere after class for something to eat or drink.

Our regular classes are booked in four-week blocks, with specific Class Passes available depending on how many classes you would like to attend each week.
Specialist classes are also booked in four-week week blocks with their own Class Passes and pricing tiers.
Blocks provide consistency, support progression and guarantee your place in your chosen class for the full block.
Drop-in places may be available in selected classes, subject to availability.
Workshops and wellness events are priced separately.

Getting started is easy.
Take a look at our class descriptions and schedule to find the class that feels right for you, then contact us on our WhatsApp link to enquire.
We’ll help you choose the most suitable class and arrange the appropriate Class Pass for you to purchase, and we will reserve your place in your favourite Class/ Classes for the four-week block.
If you’re a complete beginner, we are happy to answer any questions before your first visit.

You don’t need to bring any equipment - we provide all mats and props for your class.
Simply wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and bring a bottle of water.
You are also very welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
