    Claire Nolan

    FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Claire - The Founder of Fitfun Studio.

My own experience of back issues led me to develop a deep appreciation for movement and the important role it can play in how we feel - both physically and mentally.

I am a firm believer in the power of Pilates and Yoga to help us reconnect with our bodies, move with greater awareness, and build strength, mobility and confidence.

With a background in Organisational Psychology and a strong interest in Health and Wellbeing, I had been looking for a way to move more fully into the wellness space.

Opening Fitfun Pilates & Yoga Studio allowed me to bring these interests together and create a welcoming environment where people of all ages, abilities and experience levels can feel comfortable moving and connecting with others.

My vision for the studio is to offer more than simply a place to exercise.

I want it to be a supportive and inclusive space where movement feels accessible, wellbeing is nurtured, and everyone is encouraged to make time for themselves.

    Kasia Wrobel

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

    Hey, I am Kasia.

I am grateful to share Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Restorative Yoga on Wednesday and Friday evenings at Fitfun Studio where I honor each practice as a doorway into awareness and self-connection.

I am a teacher of traditional yoga, with over 20 years of personal practice guiding my path.

My teaching brings ancient yogic wisdom into modern life, emphasizing movement with breath to balance the body’s energies and support a return to openness and pure awareness.

Pranayama and Vedic chanting are at the heart of my personal practice, shaping the quiet, meditative space I hold for others.

My classes are welcoming and suitable for everyone - I offer an individual approach, adapting each practice to meet the unique needs of every person, creating a space for inner connection, presence, and transformation.

    Caoimhe Convey

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

    Hi, I’m Caoimhe.

I teach Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga on Sunday mornings in Fitfun Studio.

My yoga journey began many years ago and I couldn’t picture my life without it.

I mainly teach Vinyasa Flow - Using breath as our anchor, and moving in a continuous flowing sequence, we get out of the mind and feel into the body and embrace the present moment.

My classes are a welcoming, supportive space where you’re encouraged to move in a way that feels good for you, explore with curiosity, and enjoy the process.

I believe there should always be room for play, freedom and fun.

I’m there to create a safe space and guide you on your journey, but ultimately, the practice is yours!

I teach Full Body Mat Pilates - Mixed Level on Tuesday and Thursday mornings in Fitfun Studio.

I have always been passionate about fitness, particularly strength training.

A few years ago I discovered Pilates and was immediately drawn to its ability to challenge the body while improving strength, stability and control.

After the birth of my second child, returning to Pilates played a key role in my recovery and inspired me to deepen my knowledge by becoming a qualified instructor.

Experiencing the benefits of Pilates firsthand motivated me to share its positive impact with others.

I bring a balanced approach to movement in my classes, combining my background in gym training with the precision of Pilates.

My classes focus on building strength, improving body awareness, and helping clients feel confident and supported in their movement journey.

    Sophie Lambert

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Hi, I’m Sophie.

I teach Full Body Mat Pilates - Mixed Level on Tuesday evenings in Fitfun Studio.

I completed my Pilates teacher training in 2026.

I fell in love with Pilates not only as a way to move and strengthen the body, but as a way to truly connect with and understand it.

My teaching style is all about stripping things back to the basics, building from there through layering, and using props to challenge and explore movement in new ways.

I can’t wait to share my love of Pilates and movement with you!
